At Omnimed, we have a strong ethos of investing in our future healthcare professionals for the wider healthcare industry, so when the opportunity to have a university student join us for a week of work experience arose we were absolutely thrilled to say yes!
Olivia Mariani, who is studying Genetics at Swansea University, joined us for a week in April and received a warm welcome from everyone at Omnimed.
Under the guidance of our National Sales Co-Ordinator, Calum Holiday, Olivia spent time across all departments, gaining an insight into the workings of a medical supplies company and how we work to meet the needs of NHS and private hospitals across the UK.
Our Managing Director, Michael Morris, said "We're delighted to have had the chance to show one of the next generation of healthcare professionals what's involved in operating a medical supplies business and providing some insight into the world of endoscopy."
